Immaculate Conception's Bazaar is always on the last Sunday of September. Every year we gather as a community to celebrate our parish and raise funds for the next year's expenses. Join us this year for delicious food, entertainment, fun for all ages, and more! WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO: FELLOWSHIP, FOOD, FUN, and DANCING 

SCHEDULED TIMES OF ALL EVENTS TO BE ANNOUNCED in SEPTEMBER
Delicious 3 Meat Dinner — BBQ BEEF, PORK, & CHICKEN—Dine-In OR Drive-thru—$15 plate
Afternoon/Evening Snacks — Hamburgers, Turkey Legs, Sausage-on-a-Stick, Ice Cream Floats, Funnel Cakes & more in the afternoon/evening
More Food All Day — Homemade Mexican Food, Kolaches, Cakes, Snow Cones, Cotton Candy, and other treats
DANCE or JUST ENJOY THE MUSIC — from 6-10pm to the LOST CAUSE BAND *Polka & Country Music inside the Hall after the Auction and Kovanda’s Czech Band playing throughout the day
Other Booths — Catholic  Booth, Corn—Hole Tournament, Gift Card Booth, Sweet Spin (Cake Walk), Ring Toss, Kiddie Games, TRAIN RIDES and MORE! Big Raffle—Raffle Tickets will be given to each family to sell—A card will be enclosed in each packet requesting an item for each family to donate to the bazaar. 2 Exciting Auctions—Live (Begins at 1pm) and Silent Auctions! More details to come! 

AUCTION ITEMS OR BLUE AUCTION FORMS FOR THOSE ITEMS BEING TAKEN DIRECTLY TO THE HALL ARE DUE TO THE OFFICE BY SEPTEMBER 8 — PLEASE DONATE ONLY NEW AND ANTIQUE/COLLECTABLE ITEMS! 
T-Shirts — Get Your NEW Immaculate Conception t-shirt to wear to the bazaar! These will be for sale in the Narthex soon!
Yard Signs — Pick up a Yard Sign to help advertise the Bazaar!
A-Team — Sign-up for the A-team and collectively bid on a special auction item! Everyone is invited to join the A-Team with Coach Bear Kana! All that is required is a donation of any amount to the Parish Bazaar A-Team Fund. Use your Bazaar Envelope in your offering envelope packet or send to the parish office. Call us for info! 

Corn-Hole Tournament — 2 categories this year—Adults ($50/team entry fee) and Youth ($30 entry fee for ages up to high school seniors). S

Workers Needed—call the parish office to volunteer. If you were on a workers’ list last year, volunteers will contact you IN SEPTEMBER to see if you are willing to work again this year. If you do not receive a call, please contact us and let us know when/where you would like to work.
