We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) part-time administrative assistant to support our shipping coordination and customer service needs.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that shipments are loaded and delivered on time, while also communicating with the sales representative regarding any special customer service requests. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations and excellent service for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily shipments to ensure they are loaded and delivered on schedule
  • Communicating with drivers, suppliers, and internal staff to manage logistics
  • Keeping track of delivery schedules and updating relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the sales representative to address any special customer service needs or requests
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and records for all shipments
  • Communicating with customers to confirm delivery details and address any issues
  • Assisting with any additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Previous experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or administrative roles is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Reliable transportation to and from the farm
