Austin County Rotary's Rally at the Rails

Description

Sealy Rally at the Rails is a special 60th Anniversary celebration hosted by the Rotary Club of Austin County, bringing together cars, trucks, Jeeps, motorcycles, and anything legal on the road for a fun poker run across Austin County. 

Participants will start and finish at Wolf Pack Woodfired Tavern in Sealy, making four additional stops along the route to draw cards and build their best poker hand. After the ride, everyone will gather back at Wolf Pack for dinner, a 50/50 raffle, and the announcement of the winning hands. 

This event is all about community, celebration, and supporting a great cause. Whether you join the poker run, become a sponsor, volunteer, make a donation, or simply come out to enjoy the evening, your support helps make the Rotary Club of Austin County’s 60th Anniversary celebration a success. 

Event Guidelines & Policies By registering for the Sealy Rally at the Rails – Cruise & Poker Run, participants agree to the following: 

🎟 Registration & Participation
Each participant must purchase a Poker Passport to play
One passport = one hand
Passports are per person, not per vehicle
Participants must check in at Wolf Pack before departure 

⏱ Event Format
This is a non-timed event and is not a race
Participants may travel the route at their own pace
Stops may be visited in any order
All participants must return by 5 PM to be eligible for prizes

• 529 Bar - 39312 FM 529, Brookshire, TX
• Ermis’ at Frydek - 10108 FM 1459, Sealy, TX
• Creekmore’s Sports Bar - 3797 TX-36 S, Sealy, TX 

🃏 Poker Run Rules
One card will be drawn at each designated stop
All designated stops must be visited to complete a full hand Passports must be validated (initialed) at each stop
Best 5-card poker hand wins
Event organizers reserve the right to resolve any disputes 

🚗 Safety & Responsibility Participants must obey all traffic laws
Drive safely and responsibly at all times
Participants assume all liability for their vehicle and actions
The Rotary Club of Austin County and participating locations are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages 

🍽 Meals & Pre-Registration
Dinner is included with each paid Poker Passport
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to guarantee meals
Day-of participants are welcome, but meals are not guaranteed 

💵 Refund Policy
All registrations are considered donations
No refunds will be issued 

📸 Media Release
By participating, you grant permission for photos/videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes
